SkyMill for milling metals
It is possible to perform two-dimensional milling by cutting and engraving, and three-dimensional milling to create bas-reliefs and complex geometries.
SkyMill is equipped with a powerful 14 kW at 24,000 rpm electrospindle, which makes it an ideal CNC milling machine for working metal plates and mechanical components in: aluminum, brass, copper. It can also be used in craft contexts where high precision is required on: wood, plastic, resins, etc.

High speed spindle
SkyMill is equipped with a 14 kW 24,000 rpm electrospindle for high speed milling. The air cooling system allows perfect heat dissipation and avoids any problem of overheating.
It includes a 30-position tool rack, with presetting for automatic tool length measurement. The HSK F63 taper attachment allows for a rigid and balanced hold of the tool at all times.
Rectified worktop with fastening technology
The aluminum worktop is subjected to grinding to ensure maximum flatness of the surface.
The router is equipped with a triple fastening system:
- on the base of the working surface there are threaded steel dowels for mechanical fastening by vices or clamps
- above the tessellated surface there’s an aluminum suction plane with a vacuum holding system and the possibility of sectioning the suction area
- above the suction plane there’s a partitioned aluminum surface with micro air ducts for the retention of the piece at maximum stability
FANUC HMI for Windows
Another configuration available for SkyMill has the FANUC HMI operator interface. Simple and intuitive, for Windows® environment, it allows you to have under control all the commands necessary for piloting SkyMill.
